These terms and conditions, together with all documents referred to in this document (the “Terms”), tell you the conditions under which you may use the Services (as defined below) provided by www.termene .ro (hereinafter also referred to as the “Platform”), administered by S.C. Terms Just S.R.L. (“Terms” or “Provider”), based in Ploiești, Str. Nicolae Titulescu, no. 32, Prahova County, registered at the Trade Register with no J29/546/2014, CUI 33034700, telephone 0344 803 100.
Use of the Services includes accessing, browsing or registering to use the Website. Please read this document carefully and make sure you fully understand its content and your obligations before using this website or the Services offered by www.termene.ro.

Services: Online services in the form of a subscription, made available to customers by S.C. Terms Just S.R.L. through the website www.termene.ro, through which they obtain access to aggregated public, economic and legal information, from public sources, as follows:
1.1 Verification of the information of legal entities on the territory of Romania – Verifications of Firms Romania;
1.2 Verification of the information of legal entities outside Romania – International Firm Verifications;
1.3 Monitoring with alerts of legal entities on the territory of Romania;
1.4 Monitoring with alerts of the files from the courts on the territory of Romania;
1.5 BizZilla – Prospecting, Analytics and Market Research:
1.6 Extracting lists of companies;
1.7 Uploading lists of companies to update data and perform statistics;
1.8 Carrying out statistics and market studies;
1.9 Fiscal analysis
1.10 Provision of the compliance module “Compliance & Third Party Check”
1.11 Provision of FNIP or FNIP + IS reports from the Payment Incidents Center for legal entities on the territory of Romania;
1.12 Provision of information provision reports for legal entities on the territory of Romania;
1.13 Making the Company Portfolio available for statistics on legal entities on the territory of Romania, chosen by the user;
1.14 Comparison of financial indicators for legal entities on the territory of Romania;
1.15 Providing the Customer with PDF and / or CSV reports available on the Termene.ro website (“Documents”);
1.16 Making available the Termene Application Programming Interface at: https://www.termene.com/api, as well as any modifications, improvements, updates, additions, derivative works and related materials (“API”);
1.16 Reporting of legal entities from the territory of Romania in RedBill – Bureau of Uncollected Invoices;
1.17 Debt Collection
1.18 Any other services integrated within the termene.ro platform of partners promoted by Termene.
Personalized service: Alerts by SMS or email, in real time, regarding the most important changes that have occurred in the case of monitored companies or files. They are informative and provide information published in the official websites.
User/Client: the legal person or other professional who places an order on the www.termene.ro website and registers an account. Terms are not addressed to non-professional natural persons.
Visitor: natural person – representative of the legal entity or other type of professional who visits the www.termene.ro website, without registering an account, purchasing services or placing an Order.
Potential Client: the person who is assumed to be a legal entity or other professional, who creates an account (registers as a user) and tests the Services on the www.termene.ro website for free, for a limited period of time.
Order: order for the purchase of one or more services displayed on the www.termene.ro website made by a Customer.
Acceptance of the contract: the contract comes to an end when your order or acceptance reaches us, even if we have not become aware of it. Also, the contract is considered concluded when you perform a conclusive act or fact, such as accessing the Services or requesting / paying the invoice.
Duration of the contract: the subscription contract is concluded for a duration of 12 months or according to the offer accepted by the Beneficiary (“initial period”) and enters into force on the date of its signature by both Contracting Parties, from the date of payment, order or from the date of acceptance of the offer by the Beneficiary, as the case may be. The contract is automatically extended with new periods of time equal to the initial period (“subsequent periods”), if neither party notifies the termination of the contract 30 days before a new period begins start to flow.
2. General data
2.1. Termene operates the website https://www.termene.ro. A Client/potential or Client/visitor can purchase the Services by registering as a user and accessing the pages of www.termene.ro, and Termene will confirm and accept the registration request by sending a confirmation email to the Client (“confirmation email”) .
2.2. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are updated periodically, and can be consulted at https://suport.termene.ro/knowledge/politica-de-confidentialitate and https://suport.termene.ro/knowledge/politica-cookie.< br /> 2.3. The customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions before opening an account, regardless of whether they subsequently place an order or just test the application. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions represents your consent regarding the terms of use of the terme.ro platform.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or if you are not at least 16 years old, you must not access/use/purchase the Platform and/or the Services.
2.4. The customer must provide an email address to set up and access the terme account. The Customer’s termene.ro account is intended exclusively for its own use and it is prohibited to share, disclose or use to/by any other person the login credentials / licenses, whether inside or outside the organization.
2.5. The deletion of the Client’s account is done only at his express request, which can be formulated by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected] or at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the last access. Terms may retain an identifier of your account even if it has operated the deletion request, such as your email address, to prevent the creation of an account with the same data in order to obtain free access to the platform beyond the free period .
2.6. Customer is responsible for installing any software and/or hardware and making any other arrangements necessary to use the Services.
2.7. The documents downloaded from the termene.ro website in PDF or Excel format will be provided via the e-mail used when registering the account.
2.8. Termene reserves the right to change at any time, without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions, the design, operational methods, specifications, systems and other functions of the Services, as well as the price of providing the Services. Price changes enter into force on the date of their publication on www.termene.ro and do not affect existing Agreements.
